Through judgment-free informational, emotional, and physical support, a doula can guide you through the difficult decisions of pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum.

About Me:
My name is Racquel (Rocky), and I have been a DONA-certified Birth Doula since 2019, an Advanced VBAC Doula since 2024, and am dual certified through ICEA as both a Doula and Childbirth Educator. Outside of birth work, I am an avid plant collector, chicken raiser, backyard gardener, wife, and mother.
I came to birth work through years of self-reflection and by closely observing the birth world around me. My mother is a Certified Nurse Midwife, and witnessing her work over the years sparked a deep appreciation for the incredible capability of the human body to create and bring forth new life. This experience has shaped my commitment to supporting families through all types of birth journeys.
I bring a naturally empathetic, calm, and advocacy-centered approach to my work. As a birth doula and childbirth educator, my goal is to help families experience birth with confidence and clarity through evidence-based information, empowerment, and thoughtful holistic support. I have witnessed the immense strength birthing people possess and the profound impact that compassionate, non-judgmental support can have during the deeply vulnerable and transformative time of labor and birth
